Boston alternative muses RIBS deliver music that snakes though the maze of an industrial jungle and emerges triumphant by way of its surging, powerful sound.  Yielding, steady drums escalate into an explosion of electrically charged guitars and impassioned vocals.  And then in unexpected diversions, RIBS add in haunting interjections and experimental beats to the songs.

RIBS play Great Scott tonight with Kid Chocolate. The Mary Onettes, originally on the bill as well, are stuck in Europe due to that pesky volcanic ash.  Good news for the wallet though – cover is now just $7.
